I am a mother of two young children, living
with my husband on our slice of the Sunshine Coast of Australia.

I have a passion for all aspects of women’s health, design, community, reading, writing, cooking, and most recently gardening. I have recently published my first children's book, 'Blossom', which I had such a fun time designing with my illustrator and publishing team.

As a mother of an 11 year old girl, I understand (and am currently learning as I go) the challenges of raising and navigating daughters' health and wellbeing while she begins to blossom into womban-hood, while also feeling a sense of grief for the loss our 'little girl'.

This really hit me the year she was 10. As my daughter approaches menarche, I realized early on, that I didn't have all the answers to her questions or the confidence in speaking about periods with her because I didnt have the information available to me when I went through puberty. I started to question this myself. I wanted to give her something I never had - a comprehensive guide to menstruation.
That’s why I’ve decided to share my knowledge with other mothers and daughters out there so that they too can be empowered and informed. Through my own personal experience and extensive research, I have compiled tips, and tools that will help you prepare for all the changes that come with menstruation.
My wish is to help young girls and their mothers/carer navigate the often-challenging world of menstruation. From menstruation basics to tips on how to manage symptoms, my guide provides everything you need to start to help your daughter blossom, and even yourself to re-blossom!

With my help, YOU can empower your daughter and help her build a healthy relationship with her body.
Hi, I'm Meg!
