I've always believed that true empowerment starts with education.
That's why I wanted to create a space to help woman, (maidens to mothers to wise woman), understand their bodies and cycles on a deeper level. Imagine being excited along with your young daughter and celebrating her first bleed - her menarche.
Imagine being able to openly speak about our cycle with each other with confidence in knowing all the facts about our beautiful bodies, and actually really knowing how truly magical they are.
Imagine using your cycle as a tool to guide you on what your body is trying to communicate with you without having to look outside of yourself for guidance.

Once you dive deeper into learning about your cycle , you'll realise it is already within you.
I wish to share all that I have gained during my journey to help my own young daughter blossom into her (menarche) first bleed.
All my favourite books, podcasts and tips, as well as the facts behind the menstruation cycle that even the mama's may not know, it is my hope that you find this platform offers resources and knowledge served with love, that you can share with your daughters or young ones to help them blossom into their cycle and feel empowered!
